Description
Education - B.Sc./M.Sc. / M.Pharma / B.Pharma- Should knowledge of all department SOP. SOP preparation and implementation.
- Should knowledge of QMS system.
- Should knowledge, update and maintain standard documents, SOPs, specifications and manuals with proper document control.
- Ensuring validation & calibration of all equipment's and others measuring devices when required.
- Ensure proper storage & handling of RM/PM.
- Inspecting the entire manufacturing process & implementation of Quality Norms.
- Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks and Motive team for better directions.
- Lead and guide site investigation teams to investigate the reported OOS, OOT, Deviations and Market complaints by working closely with site CFT and operating personnel, to find out the appropriate RCA and CAPA.
- Review and improve quality of investigations of other investigation members in terms of technical report writing skills as per format.
- Support to site during regulatory inspection or audits / Inspections conducted by local regulatory bodies / vendors / third parties, for related investigation.
- Well versed in cGMP, GxP practices.
- Review of Artwork and give approval after checking it.
- Imparting Training to workers related to Quality.
- Preparation and implementation of BMR/BPR.
Salary:
₹40, ₹46,118.44 per month
