Sales Executive - Delhi, India - Kito Infocom Pvt
Description
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities within the domestic market.- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers, aiming to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the network and promote the company's products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
