Job Title:
Hotel Receptionist.

Location:
Hotel Beach Garden, Juhu.

Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out of their rooms
Take & Verify Guest Identity and other information.
Compute Guest Information and Room Billing and tariff on Software.
Manage reservations and room assignments.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Address and Process guest complaints and take necessary measures.
Process payments and maintain guest accounts
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
Inform Housekeeping about Check-In's and Check-Out's for cleaning process.
Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process.
Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
Assist with any other duties as needed
Night audit during night shift.
Requirements:
Previous experience of Minimum 2 Years in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel software (IDS)
Fluency in English & Knowledge of Other languages is a big plus.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
