Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in interior design, Architecture or related field.
  • Portfolio of the previous work.
  • Should be a quick learner.
  • Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
  • Able to develop and present design concepts
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mockups, renderings, and walkthrough) for Customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)
  • Interior Designing, Layout Design, AutoCAD Drafting, Quantity Assessment, Technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer modelling and rendering software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, InDesign, Rhino, Lumion, and Enscape and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Must have strong skills in Photo realistic Rendering and walkthrough is a must.
  • Expertise in layout Color, lighting, materials selection.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • At least one year of Professional experience on Residential and commercial interiors.
  • Knowledge of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity).

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
