What will I be doing?
As the HWS Group Sales Support - Asia Pacific (APAC) team member, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Planning Activities 15%

  • Map out the optimal processes for all lead management processes i.e., reactive group handling, noncustomer facing while customer impacting.
  • Support in creating learning documents, playbook, refresher material and resource center for both sales and sales support teams.
  • Identify gaps and needs of the Lead Management team for improvements.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports templates.
  • Generate reports as per the departmental reporting cadence.

Organizing Activities 75%

  • Utilize various tools and techniques to qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion.
  • Maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and uptodate information for effective lead tracking and management.
  • Coordinate and communicate with hotels and follow up on outstanding proposals/agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead management strategies with sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure relevant communication is properly executed proactively both within the team and also within the hotels.
  • Maintain and update relevant reports.
  • Coordinate any required administrative work in terms of reporting of figures, account forecasts within a given time frame.
  • Manage hotel information centrally for the team.
  • Coordinate collection of information for the various trackers (where relevant).
  • Assist and act as a liaison between the sales teams and hotels.
  • Responsible for data and information on common drive.
  • Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize conversion.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on the status of leads, sales trends, and performance indicators to the stakeholders.

Directing Activities 5%

  • Educating sales teams on lead management processes.
  • Attend meetings with the sales team to discuss lead quality, lead conversion, and strategies for enhancing sales performance.

Staffing Activities 5%

  • In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
  • Handling and delegating any ad hoc enquiries from nonmanaged accounts.
  • Participate and attend relevant events and /or meetings where required.
  • Liaise with the other HWS offices where appropriate.
  • Assist other administrative functions when required and directed.

  • University degree / Diploma or experience in lieu thereof.
  • Proven experience in sales lead management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: presentations, written and verbal.
  • High ownership: Follows through to ensure delivery of changes, solutions & services that fulfill the sellers requirements.
  • Advance knowledge of MS office.
  • Ability to direct collaboration among the team and external resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Effectively analyse and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively under time and resource constraints.
