Description

The role is to ensure that all Citibank Corporate Card and Central Travel Account ("CTA") stakeholders are kept informed of program developments, manage the submission/approval/settlement workflow, identify issues in processes, resolve or escalate enquiries and issues and produce the necessary reports identified to support both the Citibank Corporate Card and CTA Programs.

The role will provide support to Central Treasury and to in-country Credit Card Program Administrators. Centralising support will allow the administration and control aspects of the Card Program to be scaled in a cost
- efficient manner and accelerate the global rollout of the card programme which will allow benefits arising from the consolidated corporate card programme to be delivered quicker.

The role requires a person who is responsive, proactive, exceptionally well organised and having team handling experience.

The person must also have good communication and presentation skills with the ability to be able to communicate to all levels of management.

They will need to be able to network and influence remotely from the BCoE and collaborate across many levels of Finance teams.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Corporate Card Expense Support

  • Supporting Citibank/Amex Card Programme Administrators (CCPA) with Leaver, Mover, Joiner process amendments and cardholder account maintenance in Citi Manager.
  • Identify significant transaction trends and inform/escalate to appropriate senior stakeholders in order to either encourage or discourage a particular transaction trend.
  • Liaising with local Citibank/Amex Card Programme Administrators or Functional Finance Heads of the Citibank/Amex Credit Card Program re Cardholders with late expense submissions.
  • Confirming with Citibank/Amex that monthly settlement payments have been received and informing the Card Programme lead.
  • Liaising with the Concur support team to ensure any Concur related Citibank Card Holder issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Taking ownership to escalate the unresolved settlement issues or Cardholder disputes to CCPAs.
  • Weekly status reporting to the Card Programme lead.
Citi Card CTA/P-card Support

  • Generating monthly and quarterly reports from AMEX GBT for CTA spend for distribution to key Citi Card stakeholders
  • Identify significant trends and act or inform in order to either encourage or discourage a particular trend
  • Weekly status reporting to the Card Programme lead.
Key Personal Attributes

  • Prior experience of Citi & AMEX card Management
  • Prior experience of SAP Concur Expense
  • Prior experience of AMEX GBT
  • Additional languages
  • Knowledge of the Media or Digital sectors an advantage
Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Graduate/master's degree in commerce/ICWAI/MBA/semiqualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate card management for large corporations and Travel & Expense process.
  • Prior experience of managing the above said process for large corporations.
  • Fluent Spoken English, strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills across global cultures.
  • Prior experience in Service Now and help desk activities.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Advance Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven capability in communicating & partnering with all levels of the organisation.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear record of driving endtoend process improvements.
  • Team handling experience.
