Brief about the Team

The Tata 1mg Strategic Initiative team consists of skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds, driving the organization-s long-term success. They identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute initiatives aligned with business objectives. Conducting thorough research and analysis, they create strategic plans, oversee project implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders. Adaptable and results-oriented, the team operates in a fast-paced environment, employing their expertise in strategy, finance, analytics, and project management

What will you do

Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure efficient project execution. This involves conducting research, gathering information, and assisting in the creation of project documentation.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data to assess progress, identify potential risks or issues, and provide insights to project managers.
Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

What we are looking for

Pursuing Bachelors or masters degree B.sc,B.Pharma,M.Pharma, M.sc or related medical Fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with

- data analysis tools

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues at all levels
Selfmotivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset
