As our new Senior BIM Modeller

STRUCTURE Buildings you will be part of our global High-Rise department, Ramboll's dedicated team of highrise experts which have designed over 150 tall building projects globally, including some of the most technically challenging. You would be responsible for coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for Revit modeling work in the High-Rise department in Mumbai and supporting the global department which also has offices in Copenhagen, UK, Dubai and Singapore.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Will coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project.
Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents in his projects
Understanding of all aspects governing operational & up to date knowledge of the latest technological advancements, regulations/guidelines &statutory compliances in the industry.
Effective resource planning/optimization with a focus on waste reduction, enhancing productivity & profitability; ability to use sound decisionmaking skills to effectively perform in a selfdirected environment.
Possessing valuable insights, keen analysis team approach to implement best practices, adept at working in highpressure environments with strict deadlines &multiple deliverables.
Technical expertise in Revit (BIM software), AutoCAD, Nevis work, AutoCAD & familiar with BIM/CAD Standards, 3D,4D Drawings
BIM MODELING, Coordination and Preparation BOQ.
Will assist the project team towards developing/implementing draughting standards.
Would assist in even distribution of work within the drafting team
Will assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team
Communicates the training and development needs to his supervisor
Exercises selfdiscipline and work ethics

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

Bachelor's in civil engineering with minimum 4 to 8 years of professional experience ideally having worked on major international projects.
Strong knowledge of Revit is essential.
Knowledge of 3D modelling tools such as Revit & Navisworks would be desirable
Knowledge of 3D modelling of all Structural component, Rebar and Steel structure.
Experience in preparing general arrangement drawings, Experience in all stages of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail design and GFC
A robust knowledge of Building Structural design and experience of services full coordination
Must have knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and aware of Engineering terminology

- must have experience on international project
- self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines,

Good level of written and spoken English
