We are hiring for Customer Care Associates (Inbound - Voice)Job Description:
- They will be talking to customers
- Resolving customers' queries on phone
- Deal with customer centricity
- Documenting the conversation & resolution
- Identify the customer Escalation and act according to it
- Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the
people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly).
Education/ Experience Requirements
- Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
- Problem solving skills
- Good in Hindi-English
- Should not fumble
- Who can patiently listen to the Customer
- Should take ownership on the call
- Requirement 6 days with rotational off Working window will be of 8 am to 10pm (12/7) Shift Hours 9 hours and 8 hours production Good in Hindi-English
