    Position Overview:

    The Driver Recruitment Manager is in charge of developing and executing effective strategies to attract, hire, and retain skilled drivers. This role includes overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding and retention of drivers.

    The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the transportation sector, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive recruitment approach.

    Job Description:
    - Planning, strategizing, and implementing various initiatives to ensure a consistent pool of Drivers.
    - Sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as online job boards, social media, referrals, and career fairs.
    - Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    - Demonstrating thought leadership and innovation in identifying new sources for driver recruitment.
    - Establishing long-term relationships and networks to maintain a steady stream of manpower for business growth.
    - Leading and expanding operations based on central strategies and future expansion plans in existing and potential new cities.
    - Managing the supply of drivers by collaborating with City Leads and utilizing business forecasting.
    - Developing incentive programs and payment structures.
    - Monitoring and supervising a team of Driver Recruiters in different cities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    - Establishing a core team responsible for enhancing the company's growth and client base.

    Requirement:
    - Work Experience: 3-5 years in Blue collar hiring (Driver Recruitment)
