Designer - Credit Products**The Group


As a Designer within the Credit organization, you will be working with other designers and will have shared design ownership of a growing set of internal and external products.

You will have the opportunity to work on 0 to 1 initiative and you will have access to a wide variety of design resources from a well-established design community at Morningstar.

The Role

  • You care about the details you want to map out each and every drop down, every interaction, every click, every message.
  • You keep yourself updated and are always on the lookout for exceptional design patterns in the industry globally.
  • You continuously strive to improve the way you work and use available tools to their full potential.
  • You are driven by logic and have well informed opinions on different approaches.
  • You are objective you choose and decide based on what is best for the user.
The role will be based in Mumbai, India.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ideally 4+ years specializing in UX or product design across digital platforms.
  • Experience performing user research, user testing, rapid prototyping and presenting results.
  • Proficiency in using Figma.
  • Working knowledge of excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity and experience working with WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Working knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.) is a plus.
