Change Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for technology-driven transformations in complex client scenarios
Provide guidance and mentorship to teams undergoing change, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs and concerns related to technology changes.
Facilitate open communication channels to address stakeholder feedback and ensure their support throughout the transformation process.
Communication Planning:
Develop comprehensive communication plans to convey the vision, goals, and impacts of technology transformations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Create and disseminate timely and relevant information to promote understanding and buy-in.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of employees affected by technology changes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
HR Systems Integration:
Possess a thorough understanding of HR systems and processes to ensure seamless integration of technology changes with HR functionalities.
Collaborate with HR teams to align technology transformations with workforce management strategies.
Change Impact Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify potential disruptions, quantify the impact on business processes, and develop strategies to mitigate negative effects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure a thorough understanding of how technology changes will affect different aspects of the organization.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with technology transformations and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth execution of the change initiatives.
Metrics and Measurement:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of technology changes.
Regularly assess and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Work closely with project managers, IT professionals, business leaders, and HR teams to integrate change management activities seamlessly into overall project plans.
Foster a collaborative environment that promotes cross-functional teamwork and shared accountability.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on technology-led transformations.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in change management (, Prosci) is a plus
