- Autoclave validation, Instrument Requalification, Method validation, Water Analysis (Potable / Process / Purified) and observation release and maintained the related article, water (Micro and Chemical) data punch in SAP. Validation activity related to water system. Analyst qualification activity.
- Culture handling activity, Bioball qualification (All 7 organisms), bioball handling and procurement and maintained the stock, Growth promotion test, Positive Culture Analysis, and Observation of Growth promotion test. Method validation, analyst requalification activity. Identification of Inhouse isolates from EM. Identification of Inhouse isolates from Water. Identification of BI (Ampoule and strip) and stock maintenance.
- Annual qualification, requalification, monthly activity (Hooter challenge test), weekly activity, Daily calibration of pH meter and balance, PM activity, other calibration and PM activity in Microbiology Laboratory.
- MLT analysis of RM / Stability / Finish product / In process samples.
- Environment monitoring.
- Compressed air monitoring.
