Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:


  • Create, manage, and optimize endtoend digital marketing campaigns across
various platforms to achieve business objectives.

  • Utilize a datadriven approach to analyze campaign performance and adjust
strategies accordingly.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to
enhance organic search visibility.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure the
website's compliance and competitiveness

Content Marketing:


  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for
various online channels.

  • Implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain the target audience.

Social Media Management:


  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including but not
limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Paid Advertising:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on the
performance of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance
indicators and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, content marketing, social
media, and paid advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google
Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience using social media for professional purposes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with graphic design and photo editing.
  • Special preference given if experience in home decor and furniture background.
Preferably from NIFT/Pearl/ NID

Education & Technical Experience:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree or diploma
  • 24 years of experience in a corporate environment
