Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals and target market.Ø Facilitate the on boarding process for new partners, including providing training, resources, and support to help them understand the company's products or services.
Ø Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.Ø Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Ø Provide partners with the necessary sales and marketing tools, materials, and resources to help them effectively sell the company's products or services.
Ø Monitor and assess the performance of channel partners against set targets, and work with them to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Ø Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Ø Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust channel strategies as needed.Ø Prepare regular reports and forecasts on partner performance and contributions to the company's revenue.
Ø Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
