1 Warranty Management Ensure Full coordination with VECVL & proprietary items vendors
In Order to get warranty benefits in time.

2 Customer Satisfaction Ensure timely warranty settlement
In Order to improve customer satisfaction levels.

3 Post Sales Service/ Customer compliant Report Prepare and transmit Weekly reports on warranty claim and submit to technical service for corrective action
In Order to ensure correction of product issues.

4 Tools Management Keep proper stock of required and available tools, their calibration schedules etc.
In Order to assist timely and proper work done on vehicles


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
