As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies, patients, and other third-party payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims and secure payments for services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to insurance companies, patients, and other relevant parties to follow up on unpaid medical claims.
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
Update patient demographic and insurance information accurately in the billing system.
Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system for future reference.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with insurance companies or patients in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including billing specialists and account managers, to escalate
