Job description
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.


Telecaller Duties:


  • Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate representatives for donation opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about NGO and their services
  • Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to donation representatives regarding customer donation opportunities
  • Record customer contacts, donation information, and other information about products and services
  • Communicate with donation representatives regarding customer calls

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
