Roles & Responsibilities

Training and Development
  • Identifying and Improvising processes for training in areas of optometry and optical vision solutions.

Setting and prepare up special training modules
  • Create innovative training material both digital and in physical format that involve better training experience.

Improve training and technique effectiveness:

  • Enhance training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; upgradation of optical solutions for a perfect eyesight.

Schedule Planning
  • Plan the weekly and monthly roaster and coordinate with store staff for feedback sessions.

Product knowledge - Train and impart product knowledge for a better customer satisfaction.

Work in collaboration with business - Collaborate with tech, analytics and customer support retail team to understand and float new optical models for increased customer base and an enhanced eyewear ecosystem.
