Core Functional- Error free Order booking within 1-2 days from the date of clear PO.

Follow up with customers for collection of payments to maintain DSO & submit daily update Sales head (exports).
To keep track of dispatch date for commercial orders and sample orders and proactively follow up with factory to ensure that the orders are dispatched on time. If there are any deviations, then proactively inform to sales manager/customer and take corrective actions to resolve.
Control and Manages key business metrics like DOH and DSO as per budget.
Monitor despatches / Sales Hold at respective locations.
Communicate to internal & external customers on the updates on timely basis.
Log customer complaints and ensure closure of complaints / queries as per agreed timelines.
Ensure updation of SAP database including Customer Master, Product Master for error free transactions.

Internal Process- Provide information to Sales Managers regarding sales quantity, values, ASPs for preparing monthly MIS report.
