Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Supply chain Administrator with extensive experience in Vendor data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely processing of vendor masterfile requests and managing queries in accordance with policy
- Thorough knowledge of the end to end supplier onboarding processes, including modification and bank detail changes processes
- Manages workload at individual and team level. Identifying gaps, training requirements, improvement areas and maintaining a positive environment within team
- Explaining processes clearly to team, requestors, and stakeholders
- Takes ownership of actions
- Clear concise communicator
- Information gathering, decision making and attention to detail
- Team focal point for process queries, supports and coaches other team members
- Performs Quality Checking duties on the team's work
- Responsibility for keeping the team tracker accurate and escalating workload issues
- Monitors the teams KPI's
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders
- Can perform additional one off tasks as required
- Expert called upon for supporting during enterprise loads
- Runs reports to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly governance requirements
Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or MBA with relevant experience.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and enthusiasm for helping other team members in resolving queries
- Knowledge and comprehension of all internal procedures required for the role.
- Indepth understanding of Oracle use.
- Excel proficiency (Advance excel is mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills.
