This role is a part of the Business Management team supporting topics such as Headcount and Financial tracking, PMO, P&L for IPB Centre, MI reporting, Infra maangement etc

Key Responsibilities:
(not limited to)**- Maintain Headcount Tracker - Managing resources, including tracking hires / leavers. Closely liaise with HR and team leads on open roles and maintain hiring dashboard

  • Analyse cost sheet for IPB Centre India and followup on the variations


  • Billing Reviews

  • Ensure all resources are tagged to correct cost centres and are getting billed appropriately
  • Manage Infrastructure, related costs and propose ideas to use infra in optimal way
  • Centrally overlook forecast and planning processes, interacting with the business as necessary.
  • Management Information (MI) and accurate, independent, regular, and adhoc reporting


  • Location Strategy

  • Advising on city of choice
  • Help in documenting control frameworks and agreements
  • Help on adhoc requests and projects

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a Business Management, Consulting and Strategy role
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification/work ex
  • Sound knowledge of the Banking and Wealth Management value chain
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reports
  • Excellent PowerPoint and good spreadsheet skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A selfstarter with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and stretch when required
