- We're looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger teamoriented environment._
- Selfstarting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fastpaced, dynamic environment_
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for HR admin, Payroll, C&B administration and Recruitment supporting the client in one or more of the following areas_
- 1) HR Admin, Recruitment, C&B_
- b. Ensure adherence to SLA's as agreed for the respective processes_
- c. Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas_
- d. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders_
- e. Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with the client team & Process owners_
- f. Work closely with client/Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India_
- g. Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis_

- 2) Payroll_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _MBA (HR)
- Added Advantage_
- Preferred qualifications_
- Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process is important_
- Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact._
- Should have E2E HRO knowledge_
- HR skillset and experience
- Advanced Knowledge of Oracle HCM_
- Should have managed a team Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits_
