Purpose of the role

  • Proficient in Applicationspecific selection of Motors and Drive systems, Control system, Power System and Field Elements
  • To Develop Integrated Control system architecture with Motors, drives and mixed signal circuitry
  • Qualify identified EE components through Adequacy test, Accelerated test and Reliability testing in customer
- centric test environments

  • Employing heatsinking techniques with electronic power devices
  • Analysing EMI/EMC effects, crossover noise, signal interference, Power quality effects

Purpose of the role

  • Perform Requirement analysis resulting in optimized selection of EE Components
  • Realtime Simulation of Analog and Digital systems
  • Tune drive parameters (Servo drive, VFD, Stepper drive) to Optimize Control system logic
  • System integration : Hardware interface through realtime communication protocols
  • Power link, CAN, RS485, TCP IP
