What's this role about?

Full stack developer working on Microsoft BizTalk for 10+ years of proficiency in IT industry as a developer using technologies like Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft SQL and C#.

Expertise in all stages of system development including Business Impact Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Support. Proficient knowledge in BizTalk components like Orchestrations, Maps, Pipelines, Adaptors, WCF publishing wizards, BTDF. Have strong work ethics and not hesitant to venture at the deeper end.

Here's how you'll contribute:

Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery.
Managing BizTalk servers and production support
Understanding requirements and writing technical architecture documents
Ensuring the code reviews and development best practices / processes to be followed
Planning endtoend technical scope of the project and customer engagement areas, including planning sprint and deliveries.
Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed.
Demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.
Leading and mentoring teams.

Skills required to contribute:

Expertise in all stages of system development including Business Impact Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Support.
Expertise in designing architecture and implementing BizTalk EDI Applications.
Proficient knowledge in BizTalk components like Orchestrations, Maps, Pipelines, Adaptors, WCF publishing wizards, BTDF.
Expertise with working at client place to accumulate requirements, development and resolving live issues.
Experience with Repositories like TFS, GIT.
Strong knowledge of Release management, version control tool TFS.
Expertise in WCF Web Services, IIS, Hosts, Host Instances etc.
Experience in C#, SQL, XML, XSLT, , C/C++,
Experience on databases like MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Serve.
Build and create CI/CD pipeline for code coverage, unit testing, automated build & deployment.
Experience in successfully migrating On-Premises BizTalk to Azure.
Experience in the development of Azure Integration Services is an added advantage.

Work as a part of Agile delivery team to come up with various agile implementation approaches such as Scrum, etc.

with ability to contribute to architectural discussions and decision making, spring planning, sizing and delivering as per required code quality standards

Leveraging coding standards, best practices and ensure implementation in projects by conducting regular reviews
