A telecaller is a person who makes phone calls to customers, clients, or potential customers or clients on behalf of a company or organization.

The main purpose of a telecaller is to gather information, advertise or sell the company's products or services, or answer consumer questions.

A telecaller needs to memorize conversation scripts, create rapport with sales leads, and guide them through the buying process. A telecaller also needs to document customer feedback and follow up with them.


Salary:
₹15, ₹26,154.17 per month
