Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our real estate platform.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide accurate information and insights.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate and execute sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong language control and communication skills.
- Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
