Key Responsibilities
- To fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the ontrade channel by successful implementation of sales strategies and plans
- To ensure full compliance of sales, price management, promotion and merchandising
- To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per sales plan
- Focus on driving sales in neighborhood bars and pubs
- To ensure a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products in the trade
- To ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented
- Identify target outlets, negotiate and implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard
- Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management's review
- To recommend appropriate level of credit and duration to trade accounts as per standard policies and procedures
- To ensure collection through proactive evaluation and management of receivables in order to achieve collection target as set by sales management
- Develop and maintain amiable winwin relationship with key customers
- Manage and improve performance of assigned trade accounts
- To achieve the following core KPIsBrand sales target volume
- Evaluate outlet date, call targets and trade information on regular basis to drive improvement on sales efficiency
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above, minimum O level
- 2 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies, hospitality industry, or similar experiences
- Experience in wine & spirits would be preferred
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and other dialects would be a bonus as you would be liaising with foreign vendors on a regular basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
- Disciplined approach to management of people and work
- Computer skills
- MS office
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines
- Creative problem solving
- Strong team player
Salary:
₹11, ₹12,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
