Responsibilities and Duties:

Answering or making calls to end users to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, engaging service engineers/vendors and ensuring that end users feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information to handle the queries of the end users, as needed.
Building lasting relationships with end users and other SELCO team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed CRM metrics while providing excellent consistent end user service.
Making recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Prior working experience of atleast 12 years with CRM software or call centre may be preferred.
Exceptional end user service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Understanding of company services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
Ability to ask questions and have deep insights on the issues
Ability to handle/work in difficult situations.
Strong time management skills.
Adaptability and accountability.
Fluency in English as well as local language (read, write and speak) of the state is mandatory
