Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Python to ensure software quality and adherence to functional requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, using both automated and manual techniques.
  • Implement and enhance test automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with the development team to provide detailed feedback and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in QA automation and recommend relevant tools and techniques to enhance the testing process.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on automation scripts and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

1. bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


  • Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, and Python for test automation.
  • Experience with automation testing frameworks, such as TestNG or JUnit.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:
