Requirement and Responsibilities:

Review of NIT, Drawings, and BOQ and Technical specs for bid calculation.
Preparation of project synopsis and financial bid with market quotation
Preparation of pre bid queries and attending pre bid meetings with client.
Preparation rate analysis for all the items, collection of basic rates of key construction materials, preparing and sending the inquiries for specialized vendors, coordination with centralized purchase/procurement team
Preparation of own cost estimates and comparing the bids with already approved contracts at the same locations.
Submission of bid/ ebid for government projects.
Preparation of cash flow/ project schedule/ labor histogram & misc. documents for submission of bid
