  • The major skill set required for this position are strong followup, very strong at excel & systems, coordination, team management, convincing, excellent communication, must be good with powerpoint presentation making & presenting. Data Analytical skills. Must be really good with excel & ppt. She doesn't have to necessarily know how to do sales but must know how to get sales done and monitoring on a day to day basis
  • This person will be responsible for all the onfield Sales team performance. Hence irrespective of her own age she must possess an attitude that is authoritative, demanding & bossy. This person will be an intermediary between company's management & sales team hence she has to represent management to the team & bring team's genuine challenges & market issues to the management

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
