Job Description

  • 1. Handling servicing activities related to finance and accounts,
  • Handling client servicing activities related to compliances and payroll
  • Performing accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Preparation & finalization of financial statements
  • Perform accounting of sales and managing accounts receivables or sundry debtors
  • Perform accounting of purchases and managing Accounts Payables or Sundry Creditors
  • Perform accounting of expenses, overseeing writing cheques and making payments to vendors &
suppliers


  • Managing cash and bank accounts including bank reconciliations
  • Managing fixed asset register and depreciation
  • Perform payroll, employee benefits and reimbursements and taxation
  • Management of TDS, GST Profession Tax, Provident Fund and ESI matters
  • Preparation of budgets and MIS Reports for clients
I. Knowledge and Skills required

  • 1. Sound knowledge of corporate accounting practices, procedures and policies
  • Knowledge, experience and passion for Client servicing
  • Knowledge and experience in industries like Services, Trading or Manufacturing
  • Abilities to multi task and handle multiple clients
  • Abilities to plan work and execute the client deliverables
  • Presentable and good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Pro-active, dynamic, energetic and go-getter
J. Software and Accounting Packages

  • 1. Working experience in Tally or Quickbooks or other similar ERP
  • Expertise in handling MS Excel, MSWord and MS Outlook
  • Familiar with handling online bank payments, RTGS, NEFT

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
