Role & responsibilities

  • Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in the system
  • Understand the customer's query and provide resolution
  • Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending their queries and helping them to understand the product
  • Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Malayalam, Basic English)
  • Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service)
  • Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
  • Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)

  • Awareness about digital payment platforms.
