Description
Training, and motivating field representatives.- Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies
- Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Field Representatives.
- Responding to all oncall tasks and supporting the Field Representatives under your supervision.
- Implementation of approved sales and marketing plans
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Should be Graduate
- At least 34 years of sales experience in OTC products
- Independent working
- Strong communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to converse in English
- Own transportation is preferred
- Open for traveling
- Strong computer skills.
- Good communication, customer service, and problemsolving skills.
- Keep abreast of new product launches.
- Zeal for driving sales objectives & achieving commercial budget & targets.
- Analysing market trends & competitors' activities & formulating strategies
- Team Management & Leadership skills

₹152, ₹734,160.53 per year
