    JOB SUMMARY

    Offering an opportunity for high potential Engineering graduates to develop a career in the high performing SPX FLOW Nutrient and Health (N&H) equipment Industry. The Engineering Graduates will be rotated through several engineering departments like Design, Analysis, Compliance, Order engineering, NPD and testing over a period of 18 months.

  • Opportunity to work on CFD and FEM based engineering Analysis real time projects.
  • Exposure to all the product engineering activities like order engineering, Sustain engineering, VAVE, NPD and testing.

    • PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Graduate Engineer Trainee is responsible for

  • As a member of Engineering team, you should be passionate about solving technical problems through innovation and engineering best practices.
  • Actively take part as directed into the Engineering activities like Order Engineering, New product Development, Sustain initiatives and VAVE projects.
  • Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned during the period.
  • Shadowing senior team members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible
  • Gain deep knowledge and understand about the processes and technical know how's during the departmental rotations.
  • Diligently participate in meetings and initiatives. Attend and complete all the trainings and workshop assigned.
  • Gain expertise and knowledge in the SPX N&H Products like Valves, SSHE, Homogenizer and Pumps.
  • Get associated as directed in the design, development, analysis and testing of the new product development of N&HS equipment.

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Good communication skills- fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have basic and theoretical understanding of components like Valve, Heat exchangers and Pumps.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, within a matrix environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and geographically diverse sites.
  • Good initiative and ability to work independently.
  • The ability to meet high performance standards in a team while maintaining ethics and integrity.
  • Passion for new learnings
  • Should be ready to travel locally and internationally.

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • M. Tech in Thermal/ Heat Power/ Mechanical design
  • Good level of competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience of CAD /CAE software's will be beneficial.
