Academic Counselor**
Location: Noida**

Responsibilities:


  • Provide academic guidance and counseling to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
  • Assist students in course selection, career planning, and goal setting.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, personal, and social issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student success.
  • Monitor student progress and performance, and intervene when necessary to ensure academic success.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance students' academic and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and career opportunities to provide relevant information to students.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of academic programs, career options, and educational resources.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in supporting student development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with educational software and tools is a plus.

Salary:
Up to 25,000 INR per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
