Responsibilities:


  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to UI developers and customer engagement teams
  • Conceptualize original ideas that address complex design and functional requirements through simplicity and user friendliness
  • Create wireframes/prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Translate functional concepts to design, including user workflows and data visualizations
  • Integrate designs and visualizations as part of conceptual mockups and presentations for internal and customer audiences
  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executivelevel stakeholders
  • Support Product and Services team in user research and evaluate user feedback as needed
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Provide ideas and suggestions on continuous UX improvement
  • Extreme attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Some level of experience in enterprise software environment is preferred
  • Online portfolio that showcases your range
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within design disciplines (research, interaction and visual) as well across disciplines (engineering, product management, marketing, QA, R&D, and sales) is critical
  • Ability to participate in product definition and interaction design development
  • Strong communication skills and ability to constructively manage feedback from product managers, business owners, interaction designers, and engineers
  • Ability to present and support work in front of small and large groups
  • Highly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules, and to iterate and act on feedback quickly
  • Must be selfmotivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Sketch or equivalent experience with bringing your designs to life through prototypes and animations
  • Understanding of implementation technologies such as CSS, XHTML, Javascript/DHTML
