We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition business partner for our M&S across the APMA region. You will partner with business leaders to attract and onboard key talent across Quality, Supply Operations and engineering teams.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop engaging relationships with hiring managers at all levels across Global Functions and provide coaching and training in the end-to-end hiring funnel to enable co-ownership of the hiring agenda
- Develop a datadriven approach to optimize our efficiency, inform decisionmaking and enable more proactive planning of our workforce
- Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately deliver the best talent
- Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions with the Business & P&O colleagues
- Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and preon boarding strategies for SEA region across Global Functions.
- Partner with TA Sourcers to support current hiring requirements with specific focus on niche & business critical skill areas

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum 8+ year's relevant experience in full life cycle recruitment in agency/ consulting and/or in-house recruitment environment.
- 8+ years of experience hiring high volume in ITES/Global Function/Consulting/Manufacturing & Supply domain.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding organization culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally.
- Ability to manage local / global stakeholders in a remote working environment.
- Selfdirected, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
- High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer
