Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in personal loans. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to prospective customers. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in personal loans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for loans.
  • Present loan options to clients and provide detailed information on terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the personal loans department.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations related to personal loans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of personal loan products, including eligibility criteria, terms, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish longterm relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
