TELECALLER-FLUENT ENGLISH:

Speaking to potential customers.
Explaining the product to the customers.
Follow up with the customers and post the leads in the CRM.

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular followup on calls/leads assigned.
Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the BabyScience IVF services
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
Minimum of 2 years of Telesales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
