Drive Top Line and Bottom line Sales for the Given market and grow Market Share & GP through a Process Driven approach, as well achieve the targeted profitability and Building Strong Team with an Attrition of less than 3% p.

Description:


  • Ensure budgeted Top Line Sales with Targeted GP
  • Execute the Marketing Initiatives and Trade Promotions prudently and ensure cost optimization
  • Ensure the width and depth and depth of Distribution as per Opportunity
  • Drive Process hygiene by effective implementation of Distributor Score Card
  • Lead and Train team and show the growth path with Career Dossier and ensure attrition is less than 3%
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by driving Distributor Connect & enabling Distributors get min 30% ROI p.a.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
