As a Field work your role will involve direct engagement and interaction with local communities, conducting field research, implementing programs, and ensuring that the projects we undertake have a lasting impact on the target beneficiaries.

You will be working closely with our team of passionate professionals to address social and humanitarian issues and contribute to the betterment of society.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:
Establish strong relationships with the target communities to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations better.

Field Research:
Conduct thorough research on the social, economic, and environmental aspects of the project areas. Collect data, analyze information, and provide valuable insights to help design effective strategies and programs.

Mobilization and Training:

Engage community members and stakeholders in capacity-building workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to empower them to be actively involved in project activities.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and organizational guidelines while working in the field. Comply with local laws and regulations and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
