Store In-charge,
Property and Asset Management

Job Overview

You will be the face of JLL at the client's site and will be responsible for maintain the overall status of the store and maintain the adequate inventories for the building operations.

You will also be responsible for:
Ensures delivery of products/services to all internal departments in timely manner.
Supervises the daily operations of the Stores section and ensures security of contents.
Arrange receiving of materials as per standard process.
Ensure that quality of received goods meet the specification.
Liaise with departmental heads in case of return / replace defective stock.
Intimate with purchase and accounts department for payment process.
Accesses and applies identified and appropriate information to achieve tasks and document control and retrieval.
Ensures stock records are accurately maintained. Arranges periodic stock takes.
Fire up min stock level / reordering level for each item
Ensure effective state / inventory control.
Coordinate with purchase dept. for all goods purchase.
Generates GRN on receiving goods.

Meticulous and Being Analytical

You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Possess the ability to collate information, using logic and reasoning to identify the alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

You should be able to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts.

Qualifications:

You need to have a relevant educational background in administration with min 1-2 years of work experience OR 2-3 years of experience in store management facing roles.

Good Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language is a must
Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends and holidays is an added advantage
