Role:
B2B & B2C (Inside Sales).



Location:


  • Gurugram

SALARY :
3 Lpa to 3.5lpa


Job Description:

Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales operations are the two primary types of sales relationships.

A B2B business is dedicated to marketing and selling products to other companies, while a B2C team is focused on marketing and selling directly to consumers.

Understanding the difference between these two approaches is essential for getting the best results for a new company.

Lead Generation:
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.

Closure and Collection:
Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.

Process Adherence:
Execution of the role in line with the organization's guidelines and processes.

Build organization assets - Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.


Required skills:
1) Graduate with Good communication skills.

2) Comfortable with cold calling with 1-2 years' experience of B2B sales & B2C

3) Must have Client & escalation Handling Skills.

4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.

5) Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.

Initiative & Flexibility:
Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
