Responsibilities:


  • Research, develop and create content for Data structure & Algorithm related courses.
  • Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples.
  • Prepare the learners with Data structure & Algorithm skills: Array, Graphs, Trees, Stacks, Queues, linked list, Searching, Sorting, Greedy, Hashing Algorithms
  • Handle and devise endtoend training course content preparation, material preparation, case studies, live projects explanation, etc.
  • Develop technical content practise exercise, creating course scenarios, hands on projects, create assignments.
  • Create and maintain a database of training strategies, initiatives, modules, and materials.
  • Review team members' content creations and mentor them accordingly.
  • Design training program based on the needs of the corporate clients.
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Requirements:


  • B.E/B.Tech with 10+ years of experience.
  • Excellent in reasoning & problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring.
  • Good understanding of modern Information Technology, and operations of a SOC.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Good experience creating technical courseware for delivery in a corporate setting.
  • Desired to have passed at least three technology industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.
  • Preferred to have technology teaching certification such as MCE, MCT, MIE or completion of a technology TTT course.
