Job Position:
Aptitude Test Trainer

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver highquality training programs on aptitude tests, focusing on enhancing problemsolving skills, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning.
  • Design and implement effective teaching methodologies, strategies, and materials to engage students and maximize learning outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, clarifying concepts, and offering problemsolving techniques.
  • Administer practice tests and evaluate students' performance, identifying areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aptitude tests, incorporating relevant changes into the training curriculum.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and evaluations.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and mock tests to prepare students for realworld aptitude test scenarios.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as an Aptitude Test Trainer or similar role, preferably with 23 years of relevant experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of various aptitude test formats, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques to evaluate students' aptitude levels.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes, including interactive learning tools and online resources.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
