Telesales Executive - Remote, India - GENIUS GROUP GLOBAL
Description
Job Responsibilities (Listed as below)100 call per day with 2 more PQL.
Fluency in English (preferred)
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services and products.
Timely and accurately recording details of customer incoming call under different categories namely enquiries, status calls, complaints and others.
Processing and converting all customer outbound calls including prospect calls and incoming enquiry calls to business in a timely and orderly pattern all the time.
Ensure near to Zero waiting time to all incoming calls.Ensure near to Zero complaints both on inbound calls and outbound calls; both customers as well as in house.
Generating substantial promising sales leads for the outside sales team to pursue on them further.
Ongoing engagement of all customers as well as new prospects by consistently rendering excellent service Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Document management
Accounts maintenance
Any other lawful jobs and responsibilities those are assigned to by any Authorized representative of the Company.
Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by any authorized assigned company personnel.
