University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce

Senior Level

Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with 5 to 8 years' experience, 3 years in BPO industry, experience in AP / Procurement is mandatory
Expertise in MS office & SAP
ERP

Job Responsibilities:

Hard core AP domain expert must have good SAP knowledge
Experience in Indian Accounting

- excellent in Accounts Payable domain skills
- should have good understanding of e2e AP skills - right from PO creation till payment of invoices

Good communication skills, high energy levels

- good awareness of BPO working environment
- good understanding of AP sub processors vendor master creation, modification, invoice processing, 3/2 way matching, GRIR, Issues resolution,

SLA awareness, knowledge MGT, SOP updation
Training new recruits etc., work load allocation dynamics on the CV

- good in workflow knowledge eg. VIM or Read soft, SAP, strong in Excel skills, good ppt skills
- able to articulate well, good clarity in his messaging
