Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
- Research and recommend prospects for business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new ideas which help in business opportunities
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend Channel Partner meets to learn more technical and professional ways to develop relations
- Build and maintain professional networks with developers and builders to get connect more Channel Partners
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and other cross selling opportunities.
Qualifications for Sales Executive:
- Experience in Field Sales ( AEC / Real Estate Industry)
- Competency in English/Hindi
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
